CSL Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification :
Scaffolder (Contract Basis)

Educational Qualification: Must have passed the 10th Standard (X Std.).

Experience: Should have at least 3 years of experience in general structural and scaffolding works.
Semi-Skilled Rigger (Contract Basis)

Educational Qualification: Should have passed at least the 4th Standard (IV Std.).

Experience: Must have 3 years of experience in rigging work, including at least 2 years of experience in rigging heavy-duty machine parts or assisting in machinery erection.

Desirable: Knowledge of splicing work of wire ropes is a plus.
CSL Recruitment 2024 Age limit :
The upper age limit is 30 years as of 29th November 2024. Age relaxation is provided for certain categories as follows:

OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Relaxed by 3 years.

SC/ST: Relaxed by 5 years.

The selection process for the CSL Recruitment 2024 will consist of:
- Practical Test (100% weightage).
- Physical Test (for Scaffolder only, 20% weightage).
You must score a minimum of:
- 50% in both Practical and Physical Tests for UR and EWS candidates.
- 45% for OBC candidates.
- 40% for SC/ST candidates.
Note: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) reserves the right to relax the minimum pass mark if the number of qualified candidates is found to be insufficient.
